Thus, in the Coaching process, it is intended to enable the Coachee to self-achieve from the achievement of his goals, aligning them to a life balanced with his values, mission and purpose. With the ultimate goal of removing the Coachee from its current state and taking it to the desired state quickly and satisfactorily so that the Coachee can know and reach its maximum potential and achieve its goals clearly and objectively.

HOW DOES THE CONSTANTLY SPRING COACHING PROCESS WORK?

Conducted in a confidential manner, the Coaching process is carried out through sessions where the Coach has the function of activating, supporting and awakening in the Coachee his infinite potential so that he achieves everything he wishes. Coaching sessions can be held individually or in groups, in person or via digital platforms. The sessions can be held weekly, biweekly or monthly and lasts, on average, from one to two hours, with the process defined in common agreement between Coach and Coachee. Because it is a completely flexible process, Coaching can be applied in any context and targeted at people, professionals from the most diverse professions and companies of different dimensions and segments.
